Will Smith & Martin Lawrence Admit 'Bad Boys For Life' Took ...
Will Smith is all smiles as he poses alongside his longtime co-star Martin Lawrence while attending their photo call for Bad Boys For Life held at Terrasse Du Cafe de l’Hommeon on Monday (January 6) in Paris, France.
The guys were joined at the press event alongside their writer-directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, as well as producer Jerry Bruckheimer.
In the new film, the Bad Boys Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) are back together for one last ride together.
In a new interview with GQ, Martin explained why production on the long-awaited film was so delayed: “The script wasn’t right,” he said. “And Will [Smith], to his credit, refused to do the movie until the script was right. It wouldn’t have been a good movie. We didn’t want that. We wanted to do a sequel where people would go, ‘Oh, man, that’s what I’m talking about. It just gets better.’”
